About Nanchen Natur:

Since 1983, Nanchen Natur has been handcrafting dolls in a small workshop in Martinhagen/Schauenburg, Germany. Each doll’s face is individually hand-painted, giving it a unique character. Nanchen Natur is dedicated to using materials from certified organic cultivation and controlled organic animal husbandry, ensuring that every product is as natural and safe as it is delightful.

Returns

Not fully satisfied? You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Email shop@repose-ams.com with your name and order number, and we'll take it from there.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, with their original labels still attached and in the original packaging. Socks and tights cannot be returned.
  • Final sale and stock sale items cannot be returned.
  • Return postage is at your own cost. Any import duties Repose AMS has to pay on a returned parcel are deducted from the refund.

We refund as soon as we can, and within 14 days.
